Online Sales and Customer Support Representative

DESCRIPTION:

As Online Sales and Customer Support Representative, the employee needs to understand and meet the expectations of our online customers within the shortest possible timeframe in line with the strategic direction of the company’s related business unit. The main goal of the role is to increase sales by efficiently converting incoming leads from the websites and at the same time the employee also needs to provide excellent after-sales service with focus on our Dutch and Belgian markets.

As a roof window is a major purchase, most customers follow up their website experience with a telephone call. This contact is crucial to the customer experience and plays a vital role in ensuring the sales development of the web shop.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Providing excellent sales support and customer service with focus on the Dutch and Belgian markets. Answering enquiries (phone, email, chat, etc.) on an as soon as possible basis, converting and upselling efficiently from the incoming contacts.
  • Keeping continuous contact with external and internal partners (courier service providers / Logistics department / Sales and Marketing department), with focus on keeping the excellent service level towards our customers.
  • Handling of customer claims and also the returns of non-faulty products in line with the related policies.
  • Accurate processing of customers’ orders / return orders / credit notes in the ERP system - both for the webshops and the marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon.
  • Suggesting changes in web shop content, adverts, listings, pricing and processes that the employee believes can improve customer experience and sales performance.
  • Participating and cooperating in certain online projects within the company’s Online Sales Organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent / fluent in Dutch (both written and spoken)
  • Good communication skills in English (company language is English but for this position Dutch is the priority)
  •  Any other 3rd language is an advantage – especially French§ Strong user level of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Minimum level of qualification: secondary school
  • Background studies in economics or finance is an advantage
  • Sales and customer care specific competencies - excellent communication and negotiation skills - good sense of sales and strong courage and motivation to convert the leads - strong skill of problem handling
  • Strong attention to detail, punctuality
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure
  • Willingness to work in a virtual environment

LOCATION:

What you will do:

    Process invoice corrections, ensure invoice is ready for payment, and deliver good quality performance
    Post invoices which are not posted automatically and rebook invoices if incorrect entries are made
    Resolve Local Market and/or vendor queries relating to  invoices (internal and/or external) within Service Level Agreements
    Take ownership of end to end issue resolution including root cause analysis
    Inform query originator of expected time of resolution and/or provide regular feedback on status of resolution
    Establish good understanding of the end-to-end process working closely with the relevant parties in other departments and operating companies

This position is for you if you have:

    Intermediate English and Dutch language knowledge is a must (both written and verbal)
    University/College degree or equivalent qualification, degree in Economics is an advantage
    Strong Ms Office skills
    Effective communication skills and customer service attitude
    Self-starter, proactive personality

You would also be responsible to deliver back office support (contract management, organization management, SAP HR maintenance).


What you will do:

    Provide email advice / transactional service to all managers and employees, on all HR policy and process queries for the Netherlands
    Maintain and support the administration of data using HR systems and processes
    Execute HR administration activities, including maintaining the HR database and employee records
    Actively seek and deliver continuous improvement through process and system efficiency
    Maintain the HR System ( SAP) to ensure the information held within is accurate and up to date, and produce reports as required
    Acts as the primary contact in the first instance for all line managers, employees providing a first class remote HR consultancy service on all HR policies and processes
    Maintains relationships with other areas of HR to ensure effective end to end processes
    Manage the resolution of queries, according to agreed service levels
    Ensure that a high quality service is delivered

Requirements:

    Fluency in Dutch and English is a must
    Experience in SSC environment is advantage
    HR experience is advantage
    SAP R/3 HR experience is an advantage
    University/College degree or equivalent HR qualification

HR Services Team Leader – Dutch speaking


Role Purpose:

Your main task would be manage and coordinate the back office & the front office team and evolve the service to deliver a high quality operational service to the business. Drive a culture of process improvement, a tight focus on data integrity and an excellent service to customers. Furthermore, your task is to provide an Advisory service across all employees, managers acting as the primary contact for employees interfacing with Centers of Expertise and Business Partners and 3rd party providers.

What you will do:

•    Manage the work of the Dutch Vodafone HR Services Team and oversee their professional development
•    Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
•    Accountable for ensuring that risks and issues are managed and escalated appropriately
•    Manage and develop the team to provide centralised operations support and look for ways to improve process standardisation and continuous improvement
•    Ensure data integrity within various HR systems (e.g. SAP, EIC, AQDB)
•    Providing regular reports to the HR community and ensuring that the relevant KPI/SLA targets are met within the team
•    Support and manage the successful implementation of new services/localizations/systems within the function
•    Use relevant process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma)
•    To build efficient and effective HR services, for all impacted employees / customers (monitoring NPS & SLAs).
•    In addition, manage relationship with external supplier to ensure that the integrity of data in our HR system and scanned files is maintained and audited in line with required standards

This position is for you if you have:

•    Intermediate  Dutch and strong English language knowledge
•    Extensive knowledge of HR processes, procedures and systems, specifically in a global multi-national environment is an advantage
•    People management experience as Team Leader/Coordinator/ Senior HR team member
•    Project management skills are advantage
•    Strong organizational and communication skills
•    Proactive, structured way of thinking
•    Escalation management experience
