The Department of Dutch Studies of the ELTE BTK unanimously joins the awareness-raising solidarity and information protest announced by the Social Sciences Faculty of the ELTE against the “series of interventions regarding the autonomy of higher education and academic freedom, economic alterations, and the banning of the MA Gender Studies”. This day we will show exceptional attention to the subjects of the autonomy of the higher education, gender aspects of our field and the importance of critical thinking. With this we wish to show our solidarity with the the fully accredited MA degree program in Gender Studies at the Faculty of Social Studies of the ELTE.
